The aggression against our great Country Iraq, its invasion, its occupation and the destruction of its old and modern civilization, the looting of its riches and the imprisonment of its sons and daughters, the kidnapping of its national leadership and mainly the Comrade Mujahid Saddam Hussein, may the Lord safeguard him and free him from his ordeal, all that undertaken on false justifications, pretexts and founded on lies, greed and hegemony to implement a hated US Zionist strategy against our country and against our nation..

Keeping this in mind we declare that every arrangement, and every decision produced and made by this hated occupation, is null and totally rejected according to any divine and earthly laws including the international law, and the Geneva conventions dealing with the rights of the occupied countries. Here and concerning the detention of the Great Comrade leader Saddam Hussein; the legitimate President of the Republic of Iraq, the symbol of the nation, and the title of its pride, the father of the Martyrs and the great Mujahid, and concerning the date setting of his so called trial by the puppet government authority, the government of spies and traitors, without taking into consideration any legal or jurisdictional foundations, and before any legal decision from the so called special court formed by the occupation forces and their, contravening all laws and international conventions, being any way as an illegal ground to any trial for the leader, his comrades and the other sons and daughters of the Iraqi people detained in the bloodthirsty US Occupier enemy prisons.

We call a spade a spade, we say things as they are, and we frankly and clearly declare, that those involved into investigating with our beloved leader Comrade Saddam Hussein the President of the Republic, and those who intend to try him illegally for political reasons to please their US master, the criminal occupier of our homeland and to implement the Zionism orders, using the tools of the sectarian and backward government of shame, filth and treason, we tell them :

They must remember that all the Mujahidin Baathists and the militants will sacrifice their lives for the leader Mujahid Saddam Hussein may the Lord safeguard him and free him from his ordeal, and will offer for his sake everything dear, and the one who dares harm the person of the President leader, or put his life into danger, or to expose him to a mockery trial in order to liquidate his beloved person dear to every honorable, Muslim and Iraqi heart and mind, in order to gain some political achievements which will guarantee criminal Bush and his insipid servile ally Blair, some buoy for their frightfully plunging popularity due to the blows of the children, comrades and soldiers of Saddam Hussein, the proud sons of Iraq and the courageous Mujahidins..

And we warn, we warn and we warn.. and we announce in a resounding and loud voice and let the whole world listen.. that on the life of Saddam Hussein that depends the future of Iraq, and the whole region, and the one who dares touch an honorable hair of his pure and chaste body, we will put an end his life and the lives of his family; and his tribe; and the ones who gave orders, implemented or signed any decision concerning the mockery trial will be a target of the Resistance and the Mujahidins men and women so as are the Criminal US and British occupiers, stooges, spies, traitors, be individuals or political parties.

We swear by God and by the homeland that the eyes of the Mujahidins will not sleep a wink until we punish the ones who harm the President in any way. Let the agents of the puppet government and their stooges understand, that the US caring, protection, and consideration for you and for your families, has a short life just as the occupation life, which is about to end, God willing, due to the Courageous Baath Resistance men and women. You will be then, you debased traitors, like the chaff blown by the wind, and you will be, debased and vile, an easy target as you are now had you not been hiding in the US boots.

We address here mainly those who are in charge of the so called court such as judges, and indictment committees etc..: listen, we warn you from engaging into the path of lies, for lies are to perish, and no one absolutely no one of you will get away with it, if he dares harm the Leader or issue a judgment whatever guarantee you are given.. We are awaiting your decision and your announcement to collectively and individually resign and withdraw fast and immediately from the setup of the mockery court which constitutes a scandal and stain on the forehead of those in charge and on the forehead of the whole mankind, simply because it has been set up by invading forces which occupied a harmless country and detained its sons and daughters and among them the great leader the President of the country and the symbol of the nation in its Jihad and struggle against the evil forces, with no justification and with no legal or ethical reason.. In case you repent, you will give a marvelous example as how to belong to your country and back the cause of the homeland, the people and the leader. This will be a proof that you are authentic Iraqis and your position if changed will be a triumph for the homeland honor and for you personally. Hence we call upon you, in the name of all the Mujahidins in Iraq and in the nation to reject participating in this horrid crime and this shameful deed planned by the enemies of Iraq, the nation and the mankind, in order to liquidate the leader Saddam Hussein, may the Lord safeguard him, or else, we warn you! we warn you! and the wicked will perish from the face of the world. and that the lives of the leader and the Iraqis are a treasure in the hands of the men who when they promise, they keep their promises and honor the vow they made to God... and
